GCADA is proud to announce your new Life Insurance vendor is Consumers Life! Consumers Life is Medical Mutual of Ohio’s life insurance carrier. 

Our long standing relationship with MMO has enabled us to negotiate a favorable contract that will benefit GCADA Members as well as the Group Health Plan as a whole. The UNUM Life renewal increase was significant and as a result of continued due diligence, we did not renew the contract with them.

We have successfully transitioned all participating GCADA members to Consumers Life beginning January 1, 2011. There is nothing further for you to do!
